  1. General: By using this website, you confirm that you have read and accepted its privacy and security terms and rules. If you believe you cannot comply with the obligations set out in these privacy terms, please do not use this website. Certain additional terms and conditions may apply to the use of, or interaction with, specific areas of the website.
  2. Monitoring of and changes to the privacy and security terms: Entropha (the “Site Owner”) reserves the right to amend the privacy and security terms or to introduce additional terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be published on this page so that users remain informed about the nature of the information collected during use, how it is used, the circumstances in which it is shared with third parties, and all applicable privacy terms. As the Site Owner reserves the right to amend these terms, users should review the privacy and security terms regularly. Continued use of this website after any such change constitutes acceptance of the amended privacy and security terms.
  3. Open system: Users (a general term used for anyone who visits the website, including members, if any) acknowledge and accept that the internet is not a secure environment, that communication over the internet carries risks, and that any information, including personal data and passwords, may be subject to unlawful acts by third parties. The Site Owner gives no guarantee with respect to security or malicious acts.
  4. User information: Users are responsible for any content and personal information they place on, transmit to or send through the Site (including, without limitation, any text, documents, music, listings, advertisements, opinions and views, and any content containing audio, text or moving or still images). Users represent and warrant that all information they transmit or send to the Site is reliable and accurate, does not infringe the rights of third parties and is not unlawful. The Site Owner reserves the right to remove from publication, in whole or in part, or to block access to any content placed on the Site by Users that it believes causes harm or burden to other Users or third parties, or that violates applicable law; however, it is under no obligation to do so.
  5. Username and password: The Site Owner may make the use of certain sections subject to membership or registration. During registration, the User may be given a username and password or asked to create them. The User is directly responsible for safeguarding the username and password, and for any incorrect, unlawful or unauthorized use of them. The User is responsible for creating a secure password using numbers, letters and special characters, and for making any changes necessary for this purpose. The User is responsible for all transactions performed using the username and password. If the username and password are lost or fall into the hands of unauthorized third parties, or if any situation threatening the User’s security arises, the Site and/or the Site Owner must be notified immediately.

  7. Third-party websites: This website may contain, link to or provide information about sub-sites and other sites operated by third parties that the Site Owner does not operate or control. The Site Owner gives no guarantee or specific commitment regarding the content, security, privacy policies or continuous availability of such linked sites. Responsibility is subject to the terms published on those third-party sites, and their security and privacy terms should be read before any transaction is carried out. The Site Owner cannot be held liable for personal information provided to such sites, for content and services obtained from them, or for their privacy policies and practices.
